Surface Mount (SMT) Assembly

Our SMT assembly is the backbone of what we do every single day. We’re able to mount up to 300 unique components and achieve a combined placement of up to 60,000 parts per hour. SMTNW is IPC-certified, we perform AOI inspection, and we possess BGA rework capabilities.

EMS Quality Management

Quality management services at SMTNW feature comprehensive record-keeping systems and consistent inspection throughout manufacturing. We provide 100% incoming manufacturer part verification along with 100% kit validation for completeness. With full digital control over inventory, retrieval, records, and data collection, quality is always assured at SMTNW.

Selective Solder & Through Hole

Our through hole services include rework, in-line insertion, and selective soldering. These services are backed by hand soldering, rework certification, and mechanical assembly along with wiring and box builds.
