SMT Northwest has just taken delivery of a UP-1500 by MPM. This fully automated screen printer boasts an up-and-down looking camera for stencil/board alignment, an automated stencil loader, and computer-placed board support pins. Paste deposition will be a snap, with much faster configuration times thanks to saved stencil programs. |
| We recently added a new Heller 1700 reflow oven. It is lead-free capable, has a quicker conveyer speed for faster reflow times, and 7 zones for better flow control and cool down, along with full traceability and profile graphing. It has been operational for over a year now. |  |
